Meeting Time and Location
The Snowseekers Ski Club holds meetings every month during the ski season -- September through April -- on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church. It is at W. Maple Ave. and Douglas Ave. in Libertyville, IL. See detail map for directions.
At each meeting there is usually a program demonstrating the latest in ski equipment, how to improve your skiing techniques, or a presentation from a member telling about and showing video/slides of a recent spectacular trip they recently returned from.

2008 Ravinia Outings Announced!
This year we will have two great Sundays at Ravinia. For all you classical music buffs, the CSO and Lang Lang will play Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” and Rachmaninoff’s “Piano Concerto No. 2.” on Sunday, July 20. For those who prefer lighter fare, Sunday, August 3, will feature the CSO with Erich Kunzel in a program of songs titled “Best of Broadway.” Both programs start at 5:00 p.m. Come early because these will be very popular programs. Lawn admission is $10. Gates open at 3:00 p.m. Meet on the lawn between the pavilion and the ice cream stand. Bring your own picnic food plus something to share. For driving directions to Ravinia, go to www.ravinia.org. For other information, contact Joan Horberg at 847-491-0928.
